Tooling will effect the way a simulator fits onto a wheel and how the hand holes and stud holes line up with the wheel.

In the final phase of tooling, extra time is used to roll the edges on parts to add strength, safety and smoothness. The hallmarks of excellent tooling are smooth lines, symmetry and excellent fit.

After the tooling is perfected, it is time for polishing. Stainless steel polishes to a mirror finish. When it comes to polishing, multiple-stage hand polishing occurs, to insure a uniform luster and shine to the finish of parts.
